TAHLIL

today we went to mama ros' hse in taman guru.she had a tahlil planned so we recitated the yasin, tahlil and then broke our fast.the menu was simple; rice wif chikin, salted fish, acar etc yet it was delicious.ate akok too:) at night i helped out with the duit raya arrangements.imouto helped out as well.

as dawn falls, this year's ramadhan has come to an end.felt like it was just yesterday we started fasting.tomorrow muslims frm all over d world will celebrate eid with pride n joy.which leaves me wondering; had i done enough good during d holy month? ramadhan only comes around once a year.am i given d chance 2 meet ramadhan again in the upcoming years? only Allah knows for sure..

1st day of raya had just ended.no doubt an enjoyable day.started off d day wif raya prayers at kg baru.den went to:
: mek's hse 4 nasi kampit + kari
: umi's hse 4 d infamous soto
: pak su's hse 4 nasi kampit + satay
: tok ji's hse 4 nasi kampit + rendang (nasi kampit's a favourite huh?)
: cik ani's hse 4 soto also
: cik nah's hse 4 lemang + rendang
: pak su's hse (again) 4 steamboat + imouto's bday cake

talk about a day.the results?

jz another nrml day (was it nrml?); woke up at 0745, took shower, qada subuh, n continued surfin.actlly downloading a movie (iron man) so hv 2 monitor jz in case anythin happens.around 1600hrs beding, ky, n shuraim came, followed shortly by bebaa.ate mum's steamboat again.yummy!

watched d movie jz nw.worth d whole nite wait 4 it 2 fnish downloading.6 out of 5:) ohyeah kylie's alive n well nw.even changed her theme a bit so tat it looked more "hi tech".must've been influenced by d iron man movie.ahaha!

today d director of uitm pahang aka baba held a raya open house at our residence.guests include staffs n lecturers of uitm pahang n teachers frm sk jengka 21 aka mama's school.d open house started at 1030hrs n ended around 1600hrs.enough talk.pic time!

aftr a lunch of carbonara n nasi kampit + rendang, i switched on d tv only to find dat "meet the robinsons" is playin on disney chnl.thinkin it'll b a good time 4 a little animated movie, i watched it along with imouto.one word describes it all; inspirational.as quoted by walt disney himself:

"around here, however, we don't look backwards for very long. we keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious...and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths"

better start frm now huh? ahaha mybe i'll really build one of these someday:

today dato' dr sheikh muszaphar aka our malaysian angkasawan is scheduled 2 hv a function here in uitm pahang jengka campus.d talk will begin at 1400hrs; d same time as my bus 2 kl.quite a dissapointment for not being able to meet him but nevertheless we already met last year at lima 2007.click here to view (credits to bebaa)
